All items will specially made upon completion of payment and order confirmation.  Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.  Upon completion of your order,
a confirmation and appropriate tracking information will be sent to the email you have provided.

We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any given time.  In the event that your original order is no longer in stock, we may grant you a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item.  
A resolution will be found depending upon the situation, but please know that our team will do their best to accommodate your specific request.  
Because some of our items are hand-made, they may vary in size, color and pattern.  We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner intended for use on leathers and a soft jewelry cloth or brush for any metals.  We do not recommend excessive exposure to water or moisture, thus causing the leather to dry out and add undesired character to the item.  This applies to all leathers.  To preserve the look of coated leather items, avoid contact with objects that may scratch or chip the finish. The dyed or painted finish of our leather products will intentionally distress with use. Therefore, is not guaranteed against surface wear and tear.  

Metal finish color may vary from item to item.  In some instances, light scratches may appear in the metals at any given time as this is the nature of various metals. You may also  notice normal distress and wear in the metal hardware over time.

We believe it's important that our clients feel comfortable in our designs. We also understand that your skin is important to you and the type of metals you wear may also be important.  Due to the nature of our designs, an assortment of metals may be used at any given time and therefore can not always be specified.
Those metals may include, but may not be limited to: Nikel, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Steel, Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver, 14krt & 18krt. Gold.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.  The prices may vary and change from time to time without notice.  The total amount due will always be inclusive of tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping destination when shipped in the United States.  International shipments will be subject to current Customs regulations and will not be inclusive in the final sale price.


Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
 We ship all domestic orders via UPS or USPS and all international orders via DHL.

Shipping couriers may depend upon delivery locations.  All items will be insured during delivery.  Once an item has shipped we will notify you with a the available tracking information. 
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything possible to assist you.

​Once the item is delivered and a signature is gathered at the shipping address provided, we will no longer be responsible for delivery.  When a signature is gathered, the client will assume all responsibility if a package is deemed "undelivered" or signed by someone other than the purchaser. 

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) to receive shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.  Mister Fairbanks, LLC is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the value of an order during purchase or on the customs documentation.
Please allow an estimated shipping and processing time of 10 to 20 business days for worldwide delivery. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post.  All clients will be responsible for all charges incurred during any potential  hold time's at customs.  

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, leather-goods are exempt from being returned.  We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in new, original condition, accompanied with proof of purchase and all necessary tags are attached. Gift cards are also non-returnable items.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. These charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customer Service will provide you with the return address. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore can not be responsible for return items lost in the mail.

Items damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects will be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping or manufacturing.

Refunds (if applicable) 14 day policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
